The Foundation
Before children learn what to think, they are learning how to become.
The early years are not simply preparation for school. They are the period in which children develop the foundations for language, emotional regulation, social understanding, independence, curiosity, and confidence. At Korum™, we treat these capacities as interconnected. A child learning to prepare food is also developing coordination, language, sequencing, patience, and responsibility. A child solving a problem with friends is developing communication, negotiation, emotional regulation, and social understanding.
Development does not happen in separate subjects. Neither does learning at Korum™.
